JOHNSON COUNTY SUPERVISOR TRAINING INSTITUTE
Overview
This program provides supervisors with an overview
of Johnson
County Government, leadership competencies and effective practices; legal
aspects of
supervision; recruitment, interviewing, and selection guidelines;
classification and
compensation philosophy and procedures; performance management tools and
techniques; and
leveraging a diverse environment. Each module includes a review of related
County policies.
