The HR Impact Committee
The HRIC is an advisory group of direct service departments and agencies who have a strong interest in discussing and providing input on HR initiatives.
The role of the HR Impact Committee is to:
- Gain a better understanding of HR initiatives;
- Provide input and give feedback to HR for projects that are being considered or implemented;
- Provide HR with recommendations for new or improved services or programs; and,
- Be a change agent and advocate of HR-related initiatives and services to the organization and employees.
The HR Impact Committee will focus on topics in these areas:
- Employee Communications
- Employee Recognition
- General HR Processes
- Organizational Effectiveness
- Organizational Learning and Development
- Orientation
- Performance Management and Rewards
