Merit Increase Guidelines (FY 2007) -

In accordance with the County’s compensation philosophy, merit pay rate increases are intended to pay for performance.  Therefore, a differential exists between the amount that may be provided to employees who ”Fully Meet Expectations” and those who “Exceed” or “Significantly Exceed” expectations.
